I remember looking at myself in the mirror and feeling so disheartened and hopeless. I was trying every hair product under the sun and nothing seemed to work but despite masking the pain, everything I had to go to bed and remove my wig, I lost my confidence even worse. When I was child, I always suffered from hair loss, but it was now happening at an alarming rate. I remember looking in the mirror feeling so disheartened so hopeless. I was trying every hair product under the sun. Despite masking the pain, every time I had to go to bed and take off the wig, I lost confidence when I realized how bad my hair really was.

 In May 2021, I considered hair cosmetic surgery however my mother was not in agreement, so I had to come up with a new solution.

I started researching natural hair ingredients that could help me with alopecia and hair loss using Aloe Vera, Fenugreek Seeds, Avocado Oil, and Castor Oil. Immediately, I noticed my hair was growing again, but also my confidence was back.

My hair is a thick, dry, 4C type, which requires a lot of moisturizing products. The aim of our products is to cater for all hair types and textures. As a Black woman, I believe it is important for us to look after our hair underneath our wigs and oil our scalps with naturally formulated oils to keep moisture and hair growth.
